Terms of Service


If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it. The pot must be returned undamaged in the original packaging before any refund can be made.

The cost of the return carriage will be deducted from the refund. This is currently £7.00.

These terms do not apply to personalised pots. Please see below.


All our pots are handmade and while we try to make them to the stated size, there is sometimes naturally a small variation.


If a pot is received in a damaged condition, we will either replace it or refund you on receipt of photographic evidence.  Should you want a replacement and we have none in stock we will send you one as soon as we have one available.

There will be no need  for you to return a damaged pot.

Frost Proof

The pots are not going to fall apart after the first few winters, but depending on conditions may be showing signs of weathering after ten years or so. They are frost resistant but not frost proof.

Personalised Pots

Personalised pots may not be returned .

In agreeing by email to a design, you agree to keep the pot. These pots are bespoke and have no value to anyone else.
